Remove Outlook Duplicates to save Outlook from Corruption

Remove Outlook duplicate files which are taking space in Outlook application and creating problem while using Outlook application.

Outlook is personal email management client application which is mostly used by individual. It allows you to read your email without launching browser. Besides this, outlook generally stores contacts, tasks, calendar etc. If you are experiencing the slow performance of Outlook, then you have to look around your mailbox and PST file size. It is generally required to remove Outlook duplicate contacts, emails and other items. Now to remove outlook duplicates follow these steps - This is for Outlook 2002, 2003 and 2007 ---

• Click on the Current View option on the View menu and then click to change the folder to a table type view (for Outlook 2007 and 2002)
• For Outlook 2003 users, in the view menu, arrange by option point to current view and then click to change the folder view to a table type view.
• Now right click on column heading and then click Field Chooser. Now select the All <item name> fields from the list at the top of the Field chooser.
• Now to the table heading drag the modified filed and make sure that the duplicate items have a unique date from the original set of items. Now click on the modified heading so that the items are sorted by this field.
• Now select the set which you want to delete.

It is required to remove duplicates in Outlook to improve the performance of outlook and to save it from corruption. Due to the oversize there are highly chances of corruption.
